Choice Grade - I think the best steaks I've ever had have come from Costco. Once every six months we allow ourselve a Costco shopping spree, where we mostly buy the bulk stuff that will last us six months - five gallons of laundry soap powder, the 600,000 pack of wet wipes, etc. but you gotta throw a few luxuries in the cart too.
